How are your products made?
For most of our products, we work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your orders, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us on the website, the bottom right button that looks like mail!
Can I change or cancel my personalized item?
Once your order for a customized item is completed, we will not be able to accept changes or refund for returns or cancellations. Please carefully check before ordering and confirming customization.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts before you purchase—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case. Please refer to our refund policy in those cases.
Why is my shipping cost so high?
Our standard shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging, hence more efficient to ship together. Here are examples of some different shipping categories: small articles of clothing and textiles (e.g., t-shirt, beanie, shorts, pillow cases), large articles of clothing and textiles (e.g., sweatshirts, pants, blanket) phone cases, mugs.
When you order multiple items under the same shipping category, your shipping rate will be a flat rate for those items or will increase slightly per additional item in that shipping category. When you order items from multiple shipping categories, the flat fee for each shipping category will be accumulated.
Do not worry. Our store often offers shipping deals, such as free shipping for orders over $100. In case of these larger purchases in multiple shipping categories, we will cover the shipping cost for you if you add a valid free shipping coupon at the check out.
If you have not purchased enough to quality for a free shipping coupon and you are purchasing in multiple shipping categories, you may want to consider adding another item to your cart or a donation to increase your total order amount. This will help you save on the shipping cost and if you so choose to donate, your donation will go directly to our social programs and will be deeply appreciated.
Why do we hold orders?
We may occasionally place your order on hold due to print file issues, inappropriate personalization, IP infringement, security concerns, address confirmation, etc. Essentially, whenever we need to verify something with you or require changes to the order, we will contact you to work out the issues with the order.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
When will I get my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and the location of the fulfillment center of the product. It can be estimated between 5-20 days.
Please note, due to COVID-19, fulfillment and shipping time has been impacted and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Our supplier is working on expediting their fulfillment process actively. We appreciate your patience during these difficult times.
Our Inner Sparks will not be responsible for any delays at the suppliers and shipping companies as well as government agencies or borders.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number in the email title.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur for items being shipped internationally. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
